A sensational incident has come to light in Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh which puts the sacred relationship between father and daughter to shame. Here a father made his minor daughter a victim of lust in the absence of his wife. Based on the complaint of the victim’s mother, the police have registered a case against the accused under relevant sections of the Indian Justice Code and POCSO Act and arrested him.

A police officer said that the age of the accused is about 51 years. The victim (11) was living with her maternal grandparents since last year. His mother had gone to meet her relatives in Bangladesh. Meanwhile, her father, who is a truck driver, went to his in-laws’ house to meet his daughter. There she was raped several times from September 1 to November 1. The victim girl continued to suffer the cruelty silently due to fear.

Police station in-charge Vipin Singh said that in the meantime her mother returned. As soon as she saw her, the victim started crying bitterly. When he narrated his ordeal, the mother was shocked. She took him to the local police station. There, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim’s mother, a case was registered against the father under sections of the Indian Justice Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act.

Let us tell you that a similar incident also happened in a village of Bidhuna police station area of ​​Auraiya district of UP. Here, in an incident that tore apart close relationships, the grandfather, father and uncle of an innocent 12 year old girl were devils, who made her a victim of their lust for a year. When she became 2 months pregnant, Raj started planning murder out of fear of being exposed. The victim reached the police.

Even the policemen were shocked to hear his horrifying story. Based on the complaint of the victim, sections 64 (F) (rape by relative or guardian), 65 (1) (rape of a girl below 16 years of age), 232 (giving false evidence to someone) of the Indian Justice Code have been registered against the three accused. A case was registered under the Indian Penal Code (Intimidation). Along with this, POCSO Act was also imposed against the accused.

Additional Superintendent of Police Alok Mishra had told that the victim girl had reached the police station with her aunt. There she told that her grandfather, father and uncle had been sexually abusing her for the last several months. She was taken for medical examination, then it was found that she was two months pregnant. After this the police arrested all three accused. The court had sent him to judicial custody.
