The National Investigation Agency NIA has filed a charge sheet against the father-son associated with the Maoist organization in the famous Ratan Dubey murder case of Chhattisgarh. Officials of the Central Investigation Agency said that Shivanand Nag and his father Narayan Prasad Nag were booked under several sections of IPC and UAPA Act.

This charge sheet has been filed in the NIA Special Court in Jagdalpur. Investigation has revealed that both the Naxalite organizations were an active member of the CPI (MAOIST) and had political, business and personal enmity with Ratan Dubey.

Along with this, their over ground workers i.e. secret helpers were also found involved in this conspiracy. The NIA took the case into his hand in February 2024. After this, a charge sheet was filed against Dhan Singh Korram in June 2024.

In December 2024, Sanuram Korram and Laluram Korram were arrested and a charge sheet was filed. Now Shivanand Nag and Narayan Prasad Nag have also been accused in the second supplementary charge sheet. According to the NIA, the investigation is still going on and soon the rest of the accused will also be identified and arrest.
