This research was published some time ago in cardiovascular diabetes-andocrinology reports. For this, the research team studied the data of 130 pre-dibitic people under the cardiovascular risk reduction program. The program also included observations and advice of experts of internal medicine, nutrition, psychology and physiotherapy.
Experts said, people exercise 150 minutes
Experts involved in the research team insisted on changing lifestyle to the people. He advised people to reduce the intake of simple carbohydrates in their daily meals and lifestyle, increase fiber intake, exercise at least 150 minutes every week and if someone is troubled by overweight or obesity, then they advised them to reduce their weight at least 7%.
Sugar level control of pre -diabetic people
Researchers found in this research that exercise is largely associated with fixing pre-diabetes. That is, any model exercise is beneficial for pre -diabetic people and can prevent them from being diabetic. The people involved in research were followed after a year in which about 58% of the people completed the target of 150 minutes every week. The team found that these people were four times more likely than those who did less exercises that their blood sugar level would be normal.
Researchers said exercise can help in reducing blood sugar and extra weight loss which are two main reasons for pre-diabetes diabetes.
