1. Install app and give permissions

First of all download the “Sameer” app on your Android or iOS device. This app is published by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and Google play Or App Store Can be installed for free.

After the installation, give the app necessary to the app. It has to be given location access so that it can get your accurate information.

2. Log-in

Now tap on the Complaints option below. By doing this, it will first ask you to log in.

3. Start filing a complaint

Now tap on the Add New Complaint button on the bottom right. When asked, give access to your gallery.

Here you have to choose the top category, mostly the category is related to air pollution, but if you want to file a complaint for broken roads or pits, then you have to choose the ‘Unpaved Road/PIT’ option.

Now you have to attack a broken road or pit photo.

You can also write your complaint in detail below.

After this you have to give your current location and submit details like state, city, road name/ area/ landmark and pincode.

Finally you have to enter your personal information and tap on the ‘Lodge Complaint’ button.

By doing this, your complaint will be filed, which you can also track on the ‘Complaints’ tab.
