Rinku Singh is being given the post of District Basic Education Officer (BSA). In the Uttar Pradesh government, BSA, Group-A is Gazetted. This is a big and responsible post in which the education department has to lead. This job comes under the pay matrix level-10 of the 7th Pay Commission. This means that early salary and allowances are quite spectacular.

BSA Salary: How much is BSA salary every month?

Basic pay: The basic salary of BSA starts at Rs 56,100 per month, which increases with experience and every year’s salary increase i.e. the upper limit can go up to Rs 1,77,500.
Dearness Allowance (DA): 46% of the basic salary (by June 2025) i.e. about 25,806 rupees will be available every month. It grows from time to time.
House Rent Allowance (HRA):It depends on the city. 24% (about 13,464 rupees) in metro cities and 8% in small cities (about Rs 4,488).
Travel allowance (TA):3,600 to Rs 7,200 per month for office trips.

In this way, BSA initially gets salary ranging from Rs 70,000 to 90,000 every month, which depends on the city and HRA. As the experience increases, salary will also increase.

The Sports Department prepared a proposal for Rinku and sent it to the Chief Minister, which was sent to the Director of Basic Education for approval. Medical examination and some paperwork are left which Rinku has been asked to complete soon. On 25 June 2025, the Director of Basic Education issued an order for appointment, although a media report quoted Sports Minister Girish Chandra Yadav as saying that he was not aware of it, but the Basic Education Department made it clear that the process was going on and will be completed soon.

Rinku Singh was born on 12 October 1997 in an ordinary family in Aligarh. His father Khanchandra Singh used to deliver gas cylinder and Rinku also worked with him.
