The victim’s parents, who were victims of rape in the Medical College and Hospital, have met Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat by RG and Hospital. He had requested to meet Kolkata by Bhagwat, who visited West Bengal. After this, the RSS Chief has talked to him at a guest house in Rajarhat, Kolkata. He was surprised to hear about the cruelty with the victim.

When the victim’s mother spoke about her wish to continue the fight to get her daughter justice, Mohan Bhagwat promised to support her. He said that he is with the aggrieved side in this battle of justice. After raping and killing a doctor inside the hospital on August 9 last year, Bhagwat said that it is the duty of the state government to punish all the people involved in the crime.

The parents of the deceased woman had demanded to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah during a visit to Bengal in October last year, but they could not meet her. He had met Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Suvendu Adhikari and BJP councilor Sajal Ghosh several times. After this, he has now met the RSS Chief. The victim’s parents are demanding action against all those involved in this crime.

Let us tell you that the victim’s parents are going to hit the road on 9 February to demand justice. This is the 32nd birthday of the victim on this day. On this occasion, he has appealed to the people to support. He says that he will continue to fight until his daughter gets justice. In a video, he said, “For the last six months we have been fighting a fight for justice for our daughter. We are the parents of that unfortunate daughter.”

He had said, “My daughter’s dreams were shattered. Whatever he had achieved through hard work, everything was ruined. On 9 February, she would turn 32 years old. That day we are going to take to the streets to protest against the delay in justice for our daughter. “He also thanked all those who supported them since the incident on August 9 last year. Once again the fight for justice I have called for all of them.

In this case, Sanjay Roy has been sentenced to life imprisonment. The parents expressed disappointment on this. He had said that he is not satisfied with the court’s decision to sentence the convict to life imprisonment. He claimed that this heinous scandal has been investigated with half-hearted mind. Many convicts involved in this crime have been rescued. They demand justice. The victim’s mother had said, “We are shocked. How is this rare to rare case?”

While announcing the sentence for Sanjay Roy, Additional District and Sessions Judge Anirban Das had said that this rarest of rare does not fall under the category of case. After the verdict, the victim’s father said that he would continue his fight until all other convicts get punished. He also refused to take compensation. The court had directed the state government to give compensation of Rs 17 lakh.
