Ruckus over the post of BJP MLA’s brother, 6 FIR filed on CM Yogi for indecent remarks – FIR BJP MLA Mahendra Pal Singh Brother Yogi Adityanath LCLNT

In the case of allegedly making indecent remarks on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, BJP MLA Mahendra Pal Singh, Bholendra Pal Singh has taken a big action in the case of allegedly making indecent remarks on his OSD and BJP MLA. A total of 6 FIRs have been registered against him in different police stations.

Offensive post was posted on Facebook
In fact, Bholendra, brother of BJP MLA Mahendra Pal Singh from Pipraich, had posted a post on Facebook on Thursday night, in which he allegedly used objectionable language about CM Yogi, his Special Officer (OSD) and Gorakhpur Rural MLA Vipin Singh. This post became increasingly viral on social media. However, the family later removed it.

The matter increased after the post went viral
After the post went viral, the matter started catching up. The police, considering it as serious, registered cases in Pipraich, Ramgarh Tal and Khorabar police stations including cybercrime police stations. According to officials, Bholendra’s post was going to spread the wrong message in the society and there was a danger of deteriorating law and order.

Later apologized to CM and his OSD
Meanwhile, MLA Mahendra Pal Singh distanced himself from his brother and said that he had no relation with him. He made it clear that he has been living separately from his brother for the last 20-25 years. He also publicly apologized to the Chief Minister and his OSD. Mahendra Pal said, “It can also be a conspiracy against me. My brother must have been sitting under someone’s misconduct or while drunk. Anyone who is guilty, strict action should be taken against him.”

The MLA further said that his brother has insulted the family many times. “He had written derogatory things against me earlier on social media. He does not listen to anyone. That is why I had distanced him 25 years ago.”

The police is now investigating this entire case in depth. Officials say that action will be taken against Bholendra as per the law. At present, this matter remains a matter of discussion in political corridors, as it was targeted by the Chief Minister and the ruling party leaders.
