Russia is becoming a chemical weapon! Fear of use in Ukraine, Portugal’s claim, see

Portugal’s military intelligence agency has made a big claim. The agency says that Russia is using chemical weapons on a large scale and is also producing them. Portugal has also said that ‘we will demand strict restrictions against Russia on the use of chemical weapons in Ukraine’.
