The statement of SP MP Ziaurrahman Burke has come for not getting permission from the High Court for the dyeing of Jama Masjid. He said that there is no big thing about dyeing in the mosque. The mosque or any other religious place has dyeing painting according to a routine. We are people who follow law and court. If the committee was formed by the High Court, if the High Court had sent its representative in it, then the report would have been correct instead of coming in this way. Everyone knows very well that ASI works on whose saying?
Let us tell you that a petition was filed in the High Court regarding the dyeing of Sambhal Jama-Masjid. But the High Court did not allow dyeing and painting, taking cognizance of the report of the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) in the case. However, the court has definitely given permission for cleanliness.

Burke also raised questions on the affidavit of UP government
In the affidavit given by the UP government about Sambhal’s Jama Masjid, the mosque has claimed to be built on government land. Burke has also questioned the government’s affidavit. He said that it is a matter of stupidity. It has been clearly stated in our religion that a mosque can be built only by purchasing the land. The government has no evidence. But it is not right to mislead people by saying this kind of thing. Jama Masjid is perfectly fine in its place.
