The Supreme Court said that there is no valid basis for interfering in the High Court order to cancel the appointment of tainted candidates. The Supreme Court, while justifying the High Court’s decision, said that there is a disturbance and stain in the appointment of 25,753 teachers and other employees in the schools run by West Bengal.
