The incident of sabotage has come to light in the temple of Durga Mata in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. India has raised strict objection to this matter. The Ministry of External Affairs has blamed the Bangladesh government by criticizing the vandalism in the temple. Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal said that it is the responsibility of the interim government of Bangladesh to protect religious institutions along with Hindus.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Randhir Jaiswal also said that India is ready to interact with Bangladesh in such an environment which is favorable for mutually beneficial negotiations. His remarks came to a question asked for the possible renewal of Ganga Water Treaty with Bangladesh next year. Jaiswal criticized the Bangladeshi officials for the alleged demolition of the temple. He said, & lsquo; & lsquo;"Text-Align: justify;"> He said, & lsquo; & lsquo; The interim government turned the stance of this incident instead of giving protection to the temple. He described the temple as built on illegal land. & Nbsp; He allowed the temple to be demolished today. This caused damage before removing the idol. We are disappointed by the fact that such incidents are happening again and again in Bangladesh. & Rsquo;

Jaiswal emphasized that it is the responsibility of the interim government of Bangladesh to protect & lsquo; & lsquo; Hindus, their properties and religious institutions. & Rsquo; & rsquo; He said, & lsquo; & lsquo; We have long been waiting for the solution of the original issues pending with the Bangladeshi side. These issues have been raised by India in many meetings earlier, including Commerce Secretary level talks. & Rsquo; & rsquo;
Last month, India decided to control the export of clothes prepared from Bangladesh and many other consumer goods through boundaries with the aim of ensuring fairness and equality in bilateral trade.
