Following the government order issued in view of the Pahalgam terror attack, 786 Pakistani citizens, including 55 diplomats, have left India through the Attari-Wagah border in the last 6 days. But the Pakistani citizen Seema Hyder, who illegally entered India through Nepal, has not returned. At present, he has been released. His lawyer AP Singh said on Wednesday that Seema Hyder has adopted Sanatan Dharma. Sachin is married to Meena. One of his daughters is born in India. Many agencies including ATS are investigating them.
AP Singh said that there should be no connection with Seema Hyder with the Pahalgam attack. The border case is completely different. They should not be associated with any other dispute. At this time, she is undergoing treatment for her ailing daughter in the hospital. In this sensitive time, people should be sympathetic to them. UP ATS is already conducting a thorough investigation against him. All the necessary documents related to them are present with the investigating agencies. The investigation process is going on by rules. People should have faith. No rumor should be noticed.
Earlier, Seema Haider released a video saying, “I was the daughter of Pakistan, but now I am the daughter -in -law of India. I do not want to go to Pakistan. PM (Narendra) appeals to Modi and UP CM Yogi (Adityanath) to let me stay in India.” Seema claims that after marrying Sachin Meena, she converted to Hinduism. Despite criticisms across the country, his lawyer hopes that he will be allowed to live in India, as he claimed that he is no longer a Pakistani citizen.
Seema further said, “I appeal to Modi ji and Yogi ji that I am now in her shelter. I was the daughter of Pakistan, but now I am the daughter -in -law of India. Let me stay here.” In view of the Pahalgam terrorist attack, several counter -taken steps were taken in a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security Affairs under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Ministry of External Affairs also announced that all the valid visas issued to Pakistani citizens would be canceled from April 29.
After this order, most of the Pakistanis have gone to their country. But Seema Haider is left in Greater Noida in UP. But how is this like this? The answer to this question is very interesting. On 23 April, a press conference was held by the Foreign Secretary of India. In it, he gave information about 5 decisions taken by the Government of India after the Pahalgam attack. One of these information was that visas of all 14 categories of Pakistani citizens present in India are being canceled. The visa holders of these special categories were forced to leave India.
The order of the 14 category visa canceled on Seema Hyder does not apply. Therefore, the border did not apply in India without a visa. That is, he illegally crossed the border. Isn’t it amazing. All those who came to India with Pakistani valid visas fell but the border with Indian visa survived. It is said that sometimes some bad things also do good. The border case is in UP court due to illegal enroll in India. Now the border will remain here until the court gives the verdict.
There is also a case of Seema in Rashtrapati Bhavan. Demand to give him Indian citizenship. Rashtrapati Bhavan has not taken any decision on it yet. This application for the limits of giving Indian citizenship is long before the Pahalgam attack. Until this decision comes from Rashtrapati Bhavan, the border cannot be sent from India to Pakistan. Seema entered India in May 2023 via Nepal. That too with his four children. Seema fell in love with Sachin Meena, a resident of Greater Noida in UP.
