The Ministry of External Affairs has informed the Delhi High Court that the Indian woman Shehzadi Khan, who was sentenced to death in the United Arab Emirates, has been hanged and her funeral will be performed on 5 March.
Shahzadi Khan’s father, who hails from Banda district of UP, approached the Delhi High Court on Saturday (March 1, 2025). He had demanded instructions to the Ministry of External Affairs and the concerned officials so that the correct information about his daughter’s current legal status and skill could be obtained.
33 -year -old Shahjadi Khan Abu Dhabi was facing a death sentence in UAE. Shahjadi Khan was currently imprisoned in Abu Dhabi’s Al Wathba Jail and was sentenced to death in the case of the death of a child under his supervision.
