Congress leader Udit Raj has strongly attacked Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convenor Arvind Kejriwal. He called Kejriwal an expert in lying and called AAP ‘B team’ of BJP. Udit Raj said that how would anyone believe the party which originated with the support of BJP and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS)?
In a conversation with ‘IANS’, he said that it is everyone knowing that till the formation of a party from an NGO, AAP had the support of BJP. Udit Raj questioned Kejriwal’s morality and said that Kejriwal built a Sheeshamahal, kept a convoy of vehicles and took security in Delhi and Punjab, while he promised that he had not taken security.
Udit Raj said about Goa assembly elections
The Congress leader said that Kejriwal had vowed the child and said that he will not form a government with the Congress, but now his morality is over. In such a situation, how do they dare to speak about the Congress?
Udit Raj said that AAP contested in Goa with alcohol money when AAP fought alone in Goa assembly elections. The people there are educated and they caught AAP’s money transfer. In Goa, an attempt was made to loot by spending money, but the people there will not trust them.
Congress opposed to the arrest of Sonam Wangchuk
When Kolkata was described as a safe city, Udit Raj said that I have seen myself that women in Kolkata can roam safely at night. Exceptions can be everywhere, but overall this city is safe. Still, why would the BJP support it?
He also expressed displeasure over the arrest of Ladakh activist Sonam Wangchuk. Udit Raj said that Sonam Wangchuk should get bail. The fundamental rights of the opposition are constantly being violated. His arrest may be overshadowed for the BJP, as he only wants the benefit of votes.
Congress stake on BJP’s ‘Suggestion Yatra’ in Bihar
Taking a dig at the BJP’s ‘Suggestion Yatra’ in Bihar, Udit Raj said that the BJP did not take any suggestions from Bihar for 20 years. Neither a central university was built there, nor the industries developed. All industries were set up in Gujarat or South India. Bihar was ruined in 20 years. If there was no development before, then which development took place in these 20 years?
Only in the Grand Alliance government got some jobs, which was a matter of relief. The law and order situation in Bihar is also bad. On the question of the Kerala government banning ‘Coldrif’ Kapha syrup, he said that strict action should be taken against those who violate the standards in the manufacture of medicines, food and beverages.
