In the village of Amhada village of Ganganagar area of Meerut in Uttar Pradesh, a young man sat with his life in the process of implicating the family of the girlfriend in a fake case. The young man had shot a friend and shot him. But due to the drunk of a friend, the bullet hit the chest due to which he died. Seeing this, friend Tamancha left there and threw the mobile phone on a nearby tubewell and escaped. Police recovered the body of the youth on Wednesday morning, after which investigation was started for the murder. The police also detained the minor accused till evening and revealed the entire incident. At the same time, the mobile of the deceased in this case has also been recovered by the accused.
In fact, in Amhada village of Ganganagar police station area of Meerut, the corpse of 21 -year -old Harsh was found lying on Wednesday morning. On this information, the police reached the spot and took the body in possession and sent it for postmortem. From the very beginning, the reason for the murder was said to be a love affair. But the police started their investigation in this case and the whole incident was revealed a few hours later. After analysis of evidence, call details, local information and CCTV footage found from the scene, the fact came out that the deceased Harsha was shot by his own familiar minor friend in which Harsh died.
The accused told in interrogation that on the evening of 24 June 2025, the deceased Harsh called himself and called him to the forest. Together, both of them bought liquor, kebabs from the hotel and water from a nearby shop. After this, he sat in the sugarcane field near the tubewells of Ashe Lala and started drinking alcohol. During interrogation, the minor accused said that the deceased used to talk to the daughter of Ravindra of Harsh village, on which a few days ago there was an argument and dispute between Ravindra’s family and Harsh.
Harsh was warned by the girl’s family to stop the conversation with her daughter, otherwise a complaint would be made to the police. Ravindra’s family had said to write a case in the police station due to Harsha continuously continuing conversation. To avoid this situation, Harsh included the minor accused in the scheme under a conspiracy and said that he shot in the stomach in such a way that the bullet would only touch and get out, so that he himself can file a case first and implicate them in a false case.
The minor accused said that both were in a state of intoxication and missed the target while firing, due to which the bullet hit the chest instead of the stomach and Harsh died on the spot. After the incident, the minor accused got nervous and the mobile phone of the deceased was thrown on the roof of the tubewell near the scene. The next morning, he informed the deceased’s father Sanjay about the dead body lying in the field. During interrogation, it was also revealed that before the incident, Harsh and the minor accused had talked to many close friends of the girl on the phone till late night, which has been confirmed by mobile call details and other technical evidence. The mobile phone of the deceased and an illegal pistol 315 bore have also been recovered by the minor accused. Police station Ganganagar police and Swat team villagers exposed the incident within just 6 hours and took the accused into custody. The accused minor accused will be presented before the Child Court as per rules.
