Amil Malviya, the head of BJP’s IT cell, claimed on Wednesday that Sonia Gandhi’s name was included in India’s voter list twice when she was not even an Indian citizen.
At the same time, BJP MP Anurag Thakur held a press conference that how 47 voters have been registered at the same house in Rae Bareli, Rahul and Sonia never saw these names. They said,
Rahul contested twice, Priyanka contested once. I want to ask him how new voters have been editions in Wayanad. You took votes three times. Have you never seen this How did this happened?
Malaviya said- first added name in 1980
At the same time, Malaviya wrote on X that this whole matter is an example of a clear violation of the electoral law. Perhaps this is the reason why Rahul Gandhi also remains in favor of legalizing such voters who are disqualified or illegal and oppose the Special Intensive Revision (SIR).
He said that Sonia’s name was first added to the voter list in 1980. She was a citizen of Italy at that time. The Gandhi family then lived at the government residence of 1, Safdarjung Road, Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
After this, after protest in 1982, his name was removed from the list and in 1983 his name was re -added to Serial No. 236 in Polling Station 140.
The problem was that on 1 January 1983 for this revised list, it was considered the qualification date, while Sonia Gandhi got Indian citizenship on 30 April 1983. That is, she was not an Indian citizen even at that time.
Malaviya also raised the question that why Sonia Gandhi took Indian citizenship only after 15 years of marriage to Rajiv Gandhi. He said that the same person’s name is twice without citizenship, it is a serious matter of electoral malpractice.
Anurag said- One person’s name at three booths
Anurag said that Mohammad Kaif Khan’s name in Rae Bareli is booth number 83, 151, 218 everywhere. Polling 131 of House No. 189 has 47 voter IDs registered. Many religions have registered voters at House Number 0011, booth number 103 in Diamond Harbor, Bengal.
Thakur said- Rahul Gandhi loses the election and blames EVM
He said that under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi, there has been a record of losing the Congress elections and questions have been raised about his leadership within the Congress. Whenever Rahul Gandhi loses the election, he blames EVM and voters.
Many times the Congress said that EVM has been rigged for BJP, demanding ban on EVMs and voting from ballot paper. After every election defeat, the Congress finds a new excuse, does not introspect and accuses the Election Commission and constitutional institutions.
He said that the Congress has also received its defeat in Bihar elections, so it is making false allegations with opposition parties. In 1952, Congress and CPI jointly held B.R. He played a role in defeating Ambedkar and the Congress laid the foundation of electoral corruption in 1952 itself.
