New Delhi. Sonu Yadav, who joined Royal Challengers Bangalore two years ago, did not get a chance to debut in the IPL. Bowling all -rounder Son continued hard and now he caused havoc in the Tamil Nadu Premier League with a hat -trick. Sonu was added to his squad by RCB in the year 2023 but then dropped him out in the next season. Sonu is playing for Nellai Royal Kings in TNPL. He completed his hat -trick by taking 3 wickets from three consecutive balls against the Trichy Grand team.
Sonu Yadav is the sixth bowler to take a hat -trick in the Tamil Nadu Premier League. He took three wickets for 22 runs in 3 overs. Trichy Grand scored 157 runs for 8 wickets in 20 overs while batting first. Nellai Royal Kings won the loss of 5 wickets with 4 balls left. Sonu took the first wicket as U Mukilesh. He bowled a slow length ball which was outside the off side. The Ballebaaz tried to play it on the leg side. But the ball took the unknown edge of the wicket and started going into the stump.
The second wicket was from Shravan Kumar. This ball was a slow full delivery outside the off side. Sonu threw a hat-trick ball again, which J Kaushik wanted to play it on deep mid-width. The batsman was caught out in deep due to the low speed of the gent.
