Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant flagged off the first pilgrimage train from Goa to Prayagraj under the ‘Chief Minister Dev Darshan Yatra’ of the state government on Thursday (6 February 2025). On this occasion, he appreciated the arrangements of Mahakumbh fiercely. The CM of Goa said, “Mahakumbh 2025 is a reputed spiritual event globally. More than 40 crore people are participating in it, and making such a big event arrangements is definitely a challenging task. Yogi Adityanath ji has made it successful. We have made great arrangements.

Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “Heritage, Vikas also” Vision and said, “We have to work for the development of the country by cherishing our cultural heritage. Prime Minister Modi ji gave this direction in this direction. We have done remarkable work. We will have to move towards the target of 2047 developing the coming generations to our heritage. “

Additional trains for pilgrims on 13 and 21 February
Let us know that this special train operated in collaboration with Konkan Railway Corporation Limited is the first in the 3 trains prescribed to facilitate the journey of pilgrims for Mahakumbh 2025. To facilitate the journey of pilgrims for Mahakumbh 2025, 2 additional special trains will leave from Madgaon railway station on 13 February and 21 February 2025 at 8 am. Each train will have seating for 1,000 pilgrims. Also, let us know that in the age of 18 to 60 years (who do not have any medical problem), eligible passengers can book seats on the basis of first serve, first served.
