Actually, the full name of eduquity is eduquity career technologies. This company was given a tender to conduct the Selection Post Phase‑13 examination held in July 2025. Candidates started demonstrating when there were many disturbances in this examination itself. Earlier, the examination was conducted by TCS. The company was earlier in controversies over examinations like MP-TET (2022), Patwari Recruitment (2023), Maharashtra MBA‑CET (2023). Even the matter reached the court.
During this time, the company was accused of paper leaks, technical disturbances and improper processes. It is a company in Bangalore, which is known for conducting CBT i.e. Computer Based Test. This company has the responsibility of conducting many SSC examinations. It is also said that the eduquity company was banned for two years.
What does SSC chairman say?
On the allegations of giving the tender blacklisted agency, eduquity career technologies, the SSC chairman said that the selection of the new agency was done under a transparent process and any firm blacklisted would be disqualified at the tendering.
He further said, ‘We are dependent on agencies to conduct the exam and they are selected through open tender process. Some agencies monitor the examinations, provide some celebs and questions and provide an IT help. The term of the previous agency was ending in 2024. After that, a new agency was selected under a transparent process. If an agency had been blacklisted, it would have been disqualified at the tendering. Therefore, this process is transparent.
