Trade reports estimate that on the fourth day i.e. Monday, the film has collected a collection of about 8 crore rupees at the box office. The decline in earnings on Monday is less than 25% compared to Friday. In four days, now the total net collection of ‘Stars Bhoomi Par’ has now been more than about 65 crore rupees.
Budget will be recovered from box office in the first week itself
Aamir adopted a special release strategy for ‘Stars Zameen Par’. Where the work on the film starts, filmmakers fix a big amount by fixing the deal with OTT platforms. At the same time, Aamir had strictly decided that he will release his film only in theaters and not on OTT.
Due to this strategy of Aamir, it was being doubted that ‘Stars on the ground’ would prove to be a profitable deal. Reports say that the budget of Aamir’s latest film is around 80 crores. Whereas in just 4 days, ‘Stars on the ground’ have earned about 65 crores from the box office itself. A week of the film will be completed on Thursday, that is, it has a full three days.
In these three days, a collection of Rs 20 crore is expected from ‘Stars on the ground’. In this way, the film will collect about 85 crores in a week itself. That is, the budget of ‘Stars on the ground’ will be recovered only by box office collection. No other big film is going to be released in theaters the next two weeks and ‘Stars Bhoomi Par’ will also benefit from this.
