Tripund on the forehead, ocher cloth on shoulder and morality on lips, Vedanta and management discourse … luxury vehicles in Delhi, diplomatic number plates on the car and luxury luxury … Swami in appearance, management guru in behavior and a big corporate tykoon in lifestyle … This was the image of Swami Chaitanandanand Saraswati alias, which was now a little bit of life, which was now a woman He is arrested on fraud charges.
Chaitanyanand’s bio -data is shocking. He studied management from the University of Chicago-Booth School of Business, one of the world’s most prestigious business schools. He obtained PhD degrees in MBA and management. Ten veterans, who were students of this university, have won the Nobel Prize so far.
On the basis of this degree and global exposure, Chaitanyanand introduced himself as a management guru. His article was published in the famous journals. Wrote books. The model of corporate and spirituality coined. His grip in English and the style of furious speaking influenced the corporate and academic world of Delhi and Mumbai.
Institute, ashram and governing power in Delhi
She had a kothi in the posh area of Delhi, which was simultaneously known as the ashram, monasteries and management institutes- Sri Sharda Institute of Indian Management (Srisiim). Management was taught here and the recitation of the combination of ‘Indian tradition and modern management’ was taught.

Chaitanyanand dominated the institute’s governing council. He used to present himself as a spiritual leader but also as a famous educationist and Thinker. His seminars and lectures were on grand hotels and big forums.
Luxury Life and ‘Diplomatic’ Ruab
Baba’s hobby and style seemed not to any monk but a diplomat or billionaire. On the streets of Delhi, he used to roam in expensive vehicles like Volvo. The diplomatic number plate (39 Un 1) was attached to his car, which later turned out to be fake in the police investigation.
Foreign degree Ruab, English fire and ‘diplomatic’ chic- all of these image looked big among students and devotees.
‘Dirty Games’ school for girl students
But the disgusting form was hidden behind this bright face. According to the allegations, Chaitanyanand made his own institute a ‘school of dirty games’. According to FIR and statements of victims-
- The poor (EWS) used to call the students of the class in the room at night.
- Late in the night used to have pornographic chats and offer unfair proposals.
- Through the dean and staff, the girl students used to put pressure on them.
- Used to force him to walk on a foreign trip.
- He used to threaten to stop the degree or expel from the institute when protested.
- In the name of safety, get the hostels of girl students and even cameras in the toilet.
- Forcibly changed the name of a student.
FIR and Peetham step
On 23 July 2025, Sringeri Peetham lodged an FIR (No. 320/2025) at the Vasant Kunj police station on the complaint of the girl students. Along with this, Peetham canceled the Power of Attorney from Chaitanyanand and set up a 11 -member new Governing Council. Despite this, Baba remained carefree and continued his activities.

The matter became more serious when on August 1, the Directorate of Education of the Indian Air Force Headquarters sent an email to the Peetham. In this email, complaints of the students of the institute were given in detail.
When the statements of the students were heard in the meeting of the Governing Council on August 3, the entire ‘black letter’ of Chaitanyanand’s misdeeds came out openly.
After this, a second FIR was lodged on 4-5 August. This time the evidence of 300 pages was assigned to the police with the complaint.
Police investigation and arrest
Delhi Police started a raid raid. Baba continued to change the location. The police sometimes searched in Delhi, sometimes UP, sometimes Haryana-Punjab-Rajasthan. He kept changing different numbers. The police eventually arrested him from Agra. Police say that Baba’s location was being found in Agra, UP, after which the police started the search. He was hiding in Agra for several days. He has been arrested from Agra at around 3:30 pm last night. The police is engaged in questioning him.
Fake Baba remained in controversy earlier also
This was not the first time Chaitanyanand’s name came in such cases. In the year 2009 too, he was accused of sexual harassment and a case was registered. But then neither his influence was reduced nor his ‘game’.
An alumni of the institute alleged that girls used to be ‘selected’ here. The greed to send them abroad and pressurized them to compromise. That is, Baba’s network was deeply stuck in every activity of the institute.
Baba’s ‘Book image’ vs ‘ground truth’
The irony is that this Chaitanyananda used to write books on management, policy and morality. His lecture is present in videos. He claimed to teach students ‘leadership’, ‘Values’ and ‘Ethics’. But the students of his institute are saying that Baba used to work disgusting.
Shiny cover to accused
Degree from Chicago booth, international research paper, posh institute of Delhi … Gerua Chola and spiritual vocabulary … luxury vehicles and diplomatic chic … All of them were hidden in the cover of all of them. According to the information revealed so far, 17 students have accused Chaitanyanand of sexual exploitation and harassment. The students said that they would have been called pornographic messages on WhatsApp, called at night and threatened on refusal.
