The new Tata Harrier Electric will be available in a total of 3 variants – Adventure, Fearless and Empowards. At present, the company has announced only the prices of adventure variants. How is the exterior:
In the base variant of Harrier EV, an 18-inch alloy wheel, dual-tone paint, LED by-pro-proctor headlamp, LED DRL, LED tail light, connected lights on both ends, roof rail, integrated side steps, rear wiper and wed-finna annena were featured with aero insert. Are.

How is the interior:
Talking about the interior, the Harrier comes with EV Lederate seat upholstery and dual-tone-rapped steering wheel. It is expected that this SUV will also give upmarket feel in its base variants. It is being given automatic climate control, 8-way driver and 4-way front passenger seat adjustment, rear AC vent, terrain mode, drive mode, drift mode, cruise control, dual 10.25-inch screen (for an infotainment and a digital instrument cluster).
Apart from this, tilt and telescopic adjustable steering wheel, IRA connected car technology, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Connectivity and Over-Di-Ay (OTA) updates are included. The company has also given vehicle-to-load (V2L) and vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) charging support. With which users will be able to charge another electric car from one electric car. Safety features in base variants:
Adventure variants 6 airbags, a rear parking camera with sensor, follow-meam headlights, an electronic parking brake with auto hold function, disc brakes on all four wheels, electronic stability programs (ESP), and hill holds and decent control are available. However, the top variants have also been equipped with the Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS) Level-2.
Tata has also provided some premium features in this SUV, such as 14.5 inch touchscreen, panoramic sunroof, wireless phone charger, 540 degree view camera, ventilated front seats, memory function for driver’s seat, boss mode for co-drivers, boss modes, legs for the seat (KNEE) Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) will be given only in higher variants. Power, Performance and Driving Range:
65 KWH battery pack is being given in Tata Harrier EV’s base-spec adventure variants. Which has been paired with 238 PS electric motors on rear axle (RWD). However, Tata Motors has not yet disclosed torque output for this variant. But the company has confirmed that the battery supports 120 kw DC fast charging, which can charge it from 20 to 80 percent in about 25 minutes.
This variant comes with three terrain mode, in which Normal, Wet/Rain and Rough Road, as well as three driving mode sports, city and eco. Apart from this, it also includes drift mode for extra adventure.
At the same time, another electric motor of 158 PS power has been given on front axle in the higher variant. Since the higher variant has a dual-motor setup, it also has an all-wheel-drive system. This setup gives a joint torque output of 504 Nm and is paired with a large battery pack of 75 kwh which gives a driving range of up to 627 km.
How much SUV will run in single charge:
Tata Motors claims that the big battery pack (75KW) of the Harrier Electric is capable of giving a driving range of up to 627 km in single charge. At the same time, this variant will give a driving range from 480 km to 505 km in the real world. Which depends on different road conditions. Equipped with a quad wheel drive system, this electric SUV is capable of catching a speed of 100 km per hour in 6.3 seconds.
Comfortable Seating Arrangement:
In the cabin of Harrier Electric, the company has made a big change in the seating layout. The company says that its front roat seat has been made up to 40 mm in the segment compared to another model. At the same time, the second row i.e. the seats of the second line have been highlighted up to 10 mm. Which provides a comfortable ride to the driver and other passengers within the cabin. Apart from this, features like Panaromic Sunroof, Type-C 45 Watt (65 Watt in Higher Variants) have been given in the cabin, features like super charger, boss mode, front powered memory seat, ventilated seat, comfortable headrest.
250 km in 15 minutes:
Tata Motors says that its powerful battery has been prepared to give you better driving in any road condition. With the help of DC fast charger, its battery will be charged in only 15 minutes that you will be able to travel up to 250 kilometers. That is, this SUV will prove to be much better for the daily drive. Apart from this, its battery is charged up to 80% in 25 minutes.
You will be able to run a car without a key:
The company is offering digital key with Tata Harrier. Traditional physical keys will not be required for this. The car owner can connect it to 7 other people by connecting it to his smartphone. The facility to operate it has been limited to only 7 people at present.
Car to park itself:
Tata Motors has also provided self -parking facility in its higher variants. For this, a remote key is given, which you can easily operate by standing at some distance from the car. Its self parking feature also allows SUV to facilitate safe parking in tight areas. However, this facility is being provided only in higher variants.

Currently, Tata Motors has announced only the prices of Base variants of Harrier EV which starts with Rs 21.49 lakh (ex-showroom). The prices of its other variants are yet to be revealed. But this electric SUV in the market competes with models like Mahindra XEV9E, BE6 and Hyundai Cretra Electric. The starting price of Mahindra Be 6 is Rs 18.90 lakh, XEV 9E is priced at Rs 21.90 lakh and CRTA EV is priced at Rs 17.99 lakh.
