After being removed from RJD, Lalu Yadav’s elder son Tej Pratap Yadav announced his new party on Saturday. Tej Pratap has mixed his party with the Rashtriya Janata Dal. The question is whether Tej Pratap will be able to harm RJD with his rebellion?
Date 15 May 2013 place- Gandhi Maidan of Patna. Lalu Yadav launched both his sons together in politics in the midst of thousands of workers’ Parivartan rally. But after 12 years, the path of Lalu Yadav’s sons got separated. Elder son Tej Pratap Yadav formed his party after years of conflict and attacked his younger brother Tejashwi one year.
Addressing the gathering, Tej Pratap Yadav said that we had formed the ‘Jan Shakti Janata Dal’ organization in 2020 itself. Because we knew that some people of Jaichand type can play with us. This organization will work only and only for social justice and poor people. The one who is the leader of the poor goes on foot. We go anywhere, we jump from the car as soon as we see the public in the crowd.

Like Tejashwi, Tej Pratap has neither support base nor organization in the state. In such a situation, the question is, how much damage will be done to Tejashwi by Tej Pratap forming a new party?
Tej Pratap Yadav is constantly trying to create his image like Lalu. He said in a video, ‘Whose blood is in my veins, Lalu Yadav has blood. So you understand that if you win us, then Lalu will work to win Yadav.
Even though these attitude of sharp proposal may not be able to make him the leader of Tejashwi’s stature. But you can dent RJD’s core vote bank.
What will happen when the media asked him the question that if Tejashwi Yadav would contest from Mahua? So Tej Pratap said that Tejashwi will never take Mahua. There is no talk of agar-magar.
The election in Bihar is of thorns. The last time the RJD -led coalition got only 0.23 percent less votes from the NDA. In view of that, Tej Pratap’s displeasure can prove to be decisive according to the election results.
Tej Pratap has started campaigning in his father’s style. It is believed that he can field some candidates on the Yadav-Muslim-majority seat. Due to which the direct loss will be of stunning.
In the 2020 assembly elections, RJD won 15 seats by less than 5000 votes. If Tej Pratap raids a few thousand votes as Lalu Yadav’s son on a low margin seat, then the game will change. Its trailer has been seen in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.
Then Tej Pratap wanted to remove his close friend from RJD from Jehanabad. But when this did not happen, the independents landed. Tej Pratap candidate Chandra Prakash got 7755 votes and JDU Chandeshwar Prasad won by 1751 votes from Chandravanshi RJD’s Surendra Prasad Yadav.
Tejashwi knows this danger somewhere, so now his effort is to calm the discord in the family. On the path of Tej Pratap, Rohini Acharya, the daughter who gave kidney to Lalu Yadav, is getting angry. Tejashwi has said a lot about whom.
Tejashwi said, ‘Rohini, Misha has never been in her selfishness. She works to advance the party. And we have supported us from the beginning and have been with us. Do what she could in increasing us. Neither asked for a ticket nor did anyone get a ticket.
The Tejashwi Yadav Lalu family has a direct loss to RJD due to split, this will also shock the image of Tejashwi. Opponents will show it their failure. Therefore, this new party of Tej Pratap can create trouble for RJD more than BJP-Jdu.
