Tejashwi Yadav had reached Buxar on Wednesday on Karyakarta Samvad Yatra. Where journalists asked him questions about the increasing dispute between Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Congress in Delhi.
Tejashwi Yadav said, ‘It is not unnatural that there should be differences between parties like Congress and AAP. The main objective of the alliance was to defeat the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections, and this alliance was limited to that goal.
A meeting of leaders of IN,D,I,A alliance was held on June 5 at the house of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge. 33 leaders from 13 parties participated in it.
Before the assembly elections, a situation has arisen like a rift in the India alliance in Delhi.
- The Election Commission on Tuesday announced the schedule of Delhi Assembly elections, after which Mamata Banerjee’s party TMC supported Arvind Kejriwal and said that AAP should defeat BJP. Raising questions on Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s Pragati Yatra, Tejashwi said, ‘The name of the Chief Minister’s Samvad Yatra has been changed four times. It has been named Pragati Yatra, but it is actually Durgati Yatra.
He alleged that the Chief Minister is taking the help of retired officers to communicate with the public.
Tejashwi also claimed that ‘Rs 2 billion 25 crore 78 lakh are being spent on this yatra.’ He said, ‘On one hand the Chief Minister calls Bihar a poor state, while on the other hand he is spending so much money only on travel. From this the development of the state can be estimated.
target on double engine government
Raising questions on the policies of Bihar and Central government, Tejashwi Yadav said, ‘There was a double engine government for 20 years in Bihar and 11 years in the Centre. There was talk of making Bihar the number one state, but the reality is that according to the NITI Aayog report, Bihar is at the top in poverty, migration and unemployment.
Tejashwi also mentioned the promise of special category status and said, ‘This promise has not been fulfilled yet. He termed it a ‘fraud’ on the public.
Enumerated the achievements of the government in the last 17 months
While talking to the media, Tejashwi Yadav mentioned the achievements made during his 17-month government. He said that ‘during that time, development works were given priority in Bihar and concrete steps were taken towards providing relief to the people.’
Tejashwi Yadav gave a message to the workers to be prepared for 2024 and 2025 elections. He said that ‘the public now wants change, and Bihar will move in a new direction under the leadership of RJD.’
Women will get Rs 2500 under ‘Mai-Bahan Maan Yojana’
Tejashwi Yadav interacted with women at the guest house before the worker darshan cum dialogue program in Buxar on Wednesday. During this, he made big promises for the India Coalition government to be formed after the upcoming elections.
Announcing ‘Mai-Bahan Maan Yojana’ for women, he said that if his government is formed, every woman will be given a monthly honor of Rs 2500.
