The ruling NDA coalition in Bihar has demanded to register an FIR against RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav on the EPIC dispute. NDA leaders said that Tejashwi Yadav has two EPIC numbers, which is a serious crime. He has demanded that the Election Commission should file a case against Tejashwi Yadav.
‘A person cannot keep two voter ID cards’
On Sunday (3 August 2025) in Patna, a joint press conference of BJP, JDU and LJP (Ram Vilas), which was included in the NDA, was also included, including Ajay Alok and Neeraj Kumar. BJP leader Ajay Alok said that no one person can keep two voter ID cards. If someone keeps two voter ID cards, then there is a provision to go to jail in such cases.

Ajay Alok said, “Tejashwi Yadav tried to create a sensation on Saturday (2 August 2025). He said that my name is not in the voters list, but the Election Commission said that his name is in the list. The Election Commission released its EPIC number, but Tejashwi Yadav has a separate epic number, which is a serious matter.”
The BJP leader demanded from the Election Commission that there should be immediate action against Tejashwi Yadav on keeping two epic numbers. The voter ID card of the entire Lalu family should also be examined.
Tejashwi Yadav is accused of 420- JDU
JDU leader Neeraj Kumar said in the press conference, “Tejashwi Yadav is accused of 420. There are 7 scams against him. Now he has done a new scam as EPIC. Tejashwi Yadav has two EPIC numbers and both are different. It is a serious crime.”
During this, Neeraj Kumar described Leader of Opposition in the Assembly, Tejashwi Yadav as ignorant. He said, “He holds two EPIC numbers and two different addresses. When he wants to double his identity, which is a heinous crime. The Election Commission files a case against this double-character person.”
