Telangana Jagriti Announses Rail Roko Campaign on 17 July Over BC Reservation Bill in Hyderabad Ann

Rail Roko Campaign in Hyderabad: In Hyderabad, BJP Legislative Council member Kavita has announced that the Rail Roco program will be organized on July 17 under the leadership of Jagriti Sangathan, which aims to pressurize the Central Government to implement the Backward Classes (BC) reservation bill.

Kavita released the poster of the event saying that she has also written a letter to Telangana BJP president Ramchandra Rao on this demand and hoped that she will take the initiative on this issue and register the first major victory of the new term of the party.

Plan to stop all trains going from Telangana to Delhi

He claimed that the Rail Roco program has the support of many political parties and through this, protests will be held by stopping every train from Telangana to Delhi. Kavita also targeted the Congress, especially when the party’s national president Mallikarjun Kharge is on a visit to Hyderabad.

He raised the question that how can the Congress enter the local body elections without fulfilling its promises given to the BC sections? He alleged that top leaders of Congress including Kharge never spoke vocal for BC reservation in Parliament. Kavita demanded that Kharge should pressurize the BJP so that the BC community can get 42% reservation. With this, he reiterated the demand for making the entire data of ethnic census from the government, especially at the gram panchayat level, saying that the old figures are not sufficient. In response to a question, Kavita claimed that the BRS party will also support this rail stop performance. Meanwhile, the debate on the Banakacharla (project) issue has also intensified.

Congress MLA Anirudh Reddy accused

Congress MLA Anirudh Reddy alleged that this project is only to benefit some contractors and Chief Minister Revanth Reddy should take strict action to stop it. Anirudh Reddy also said that there are supporters of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in Telangana, which has further complicated the position of the Congress.
