Ajay Sharma (32), the person who entered the house of MP Ziaur Rehman Burke in Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, has been arrested by the police. This incident took place on Thursday evening, when the accused was accused of threatening the MP and his father. However, MP Ziaur Rehman Burke was not present at home at the time of the incident.
Actually, on Thursday evening a person named Ajay Sharma had reached the house of MP Ziaur Rehman Burke. There he allegedly threatened the MP and his father. The MP’s family immediately informed the police, after which the police team of Nakhasa police station of Sambhal reached the spot and arrested the accused.

Police said that accused Ajay Sharma is the same person who had reached the stairs of Jama Masjid during Friday prayers last Friday, causing tension among the local people. At the same time, the police team took the accused to the medical district hospital and took him away.
After the arrest, Ajay Sharma, while talking to the media, denied all the allegations. He said, I had gone to meet the MP at his house. There was no intention to threaten anyone. The allegations leveled against me are baseless.
