There will be no hearing about the BPSC exam being reinstated in Patna High Court. Today, the entire case was to be heard in Patna High Court, but the hearing has been postponed due to the non -availability of the honorable judge. The hearing in the High Court was to be held on the counter affidavit filed by the state government and Bihar Public Service Commission. In the last hearing, the High Court had directed that even if the result of the examination is declared, it can be affected by the decision of this petition.
What is the matter?
Students are canceling the BPSC 70th examination and re-exam regarding the alleged disturbances and irregularities. The students have approached the court. In this case, the Patna High Court had accepted the petition of the students and directed the Bihar government and BPSC to file their affidavit by 30 January. However, the court refused to stay the result, after which the result of prelims was released on 23 January.
The Commission is preparing for the main examination
While the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) is preparing to conduct the main examination by declaring the result of the 70th joint competitive preliminary examination on 23 January. The schedule of the main examination can be released at any time. On the other hand, the students have again come out on the road to demand the cancellation of preliminary examination.
