The case is on Tuesday, when there was a clash between Municipal Council Chairman Vinay Shankar Jaiswal and Mahant Kaushalendra Giri of Nath sect Math over the Ramlila Committee in Rasra police station area. It is being told that after the ruckus, the chairman was sitting in his office, which the police had pulled out. After which the employees of the municipality started demonstrations with a broom in their hands.
