Up news: A sudden blast occurred this morning at a license cracker factory in Dhampur area of Bijnor, in which three laborers were seriously injured. The incident caused panic in the area around the factory. In a hurry, the information was given to the fire department and the police. As soon as the information was received, the fire brigade reached the spot and controlled the fire in time.
According to the police, the accident took place in Nahtaur police area in Sikri Khurd forest area. A laborer working at Bhudev Singh, the owner of the factory, dropped the gunpowder material, causing a strong explosion. Due to this blast, the roof of the factory tin was completely blown away and there was chaos around.
At the time of the incident, the laborers working in the factory Ashish, Balesh and Arun were injured. He was immediately admitted to the local hospital. It is being told that the situation of all the workers is out of danger. Police said that the factory had a valid license, which is effective till 5 September 2029.

Soon after receiving the information of the blast, the fire department team reached the spot and controlled the fire. Police and fire officials together secured the area around the factory.
Dhampur CO Abhay Kumar Pandey said that the matter is being investigated. Initial report has revealed that some kind of negligence can also occur in the accident. In the surrounding area, people have been instructed to be vigilant. The police inquired about the security standards and preparations for extinguishing the fire from the factory owners and employees.
