The police have registered a case against him after a Muslim person in Ramkot area of Hyderabad saying objectionable things about Hinduism. According to Narayanguda Police Inspector Chandra Shekhar of Ramkot area, a person from the Muslim community used improper language against another religion, against which a case has been filed under 295A, 298, 153A.
Inspector further said, & ldquo; After listening to the mechanic, the person went back to the shop from where he bought the goods and demanded to return his Rs 140. On which the shopkeeper refused to return the money. The shopkeeper argued behind this that you may have taken these stuff from another shop, on which the person erupted and said that my faith is with me and started talking objectionable about Hinduism. After this, people tried to silence the person, but he did not silence. Then people understood and sent him back. & Rdquo;
According to the shopkeeper, a warning board has been installed in the shop, in which I have written that first look carefully or the money will not be returned. Despite this, Dukhandar Sharma lodged a police complaint against the person for quarreling.
BJP MLA Raja Singh tweeted on the case
Raja Singh, MLA of Bharatiya Janata Party of Goshal tweeted on this matter. He said in the tweet, & ldquo; A Muslim person went to a shop and made objectionable remarks insulting those who worship the stone. This incident took place in Narayanguda police station area of Hyderabad. The police immediately took action and arrested the person & rdquo;.
