Dulal Sarkar Shot Dead: Dulal Sarkar, close to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, was shot dead. Dulal Sarkar was shot in broad daylight by bike-riding miscreants. Bike riders carried out this incident in broad daylight in Jhaljhalia Mor area of Malda district of West Bengal. This entire incident was captured in a CCTV camera. It is being told that Dulal Sarkar was known as Babla.
A video was released by PTI, in which TMC councilor Dulal Sarkar is seen running to save his life. While he was sitting in his shop, some people came to him. According to the information received from the police, it has been revealed that the attackers who came on a bike shot him several times in the head from very close range. By the time he was taken to the hospital, he had died.
What did CM Mamata Banerjee say?
According to the information received from the police, the reason behind this murder has not been known yet. However, investigation has been started by the police. Regarding the murder of Babla Sarkar, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee posted on Instagram, “My close associate and very popular leader Babla Sarkar has been murdered today. Babla Sarkar and his wife Chaitali Sarkar have worked hard for Trinamool Congress since the beginning and Babla councilor was also elected.”
Condolences to the family
Mamta Banerjee said that she is extremely sad and shocked to know about this incident. Immediate action should be taken against the culprits. She said, “I am so shocked that I don’t know how to express my condolences to her family, may God give Chaitali the strength to move forward in life.”
