US President Donald Trump is talking to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin over phone. The conversation is taking place a few days after the American proposal for the ceasefire in Ukraine. According to the White House, the call started from the Oval Office at ET (7:30 PM IST) at 10:00 am.
