In return, South Korea has made some promises to invest in America and some other promises.

South Korea will invest $ 350 billion in the next 4 years in US

According to this agreement on Thursday, the US has reduced the fee rate for South Korea from 25 percent to 15 percent. In return, South Korea has promised that it will invest $ 350 billion in the US in the coming four years and buy US $ 100 billion US energy products (such as LNG).

According to sources, the US had pressurized South Korea to open its rice and beef market doors to them, especially to lift the ban on American beef products made of cows over 30 months old.
