Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif gave his address on Friday (September 26, 2026) in the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA). During this time, the PM of Pakistan did not say anything relevant other than US President Donald Trump’s praise, false claims about Operation Sindoor and jackalgrounds about Kashmir.
Regarding Operation Sindoor, Sharif claimed that if Donald Trump had not intervened between, there would have been a fierce war in South Asia. He even said that Pakistan nominates Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. Sharif said that Trump is a peace loving person and nominating him for the Nobel Prize from Pakistan is a small greeting.
Sharif claimed a hollow that Pakistan was in a better position while responding to Operation Sindoor, but had to cease to ceasefire at Trump’s behest. Shaif said that if Trump did not come in the middle, then there was a war in South Asia. We believe that President Trump has played a big role in the direction of peace and he should get the Nobel Peace Prize.
Sharif also cried Operation Sindoor
Shahbaz Sharif made several false claims one after the other about Operation Sindoor at the United Nations General Assembly. He claimed that Pakistan retaliated against India during the Operation Sindoor in May and killed 7 of its jets. Giving an example of the death of a 7 -year -old girl Indrazab, who was allegedly killed in an Israeli attacks in Palestine, claimed that a 6 -year -old child died in Pakistan even during Operation Sindoor. He said that we have also raised the coffins of innocent on our shoulders. Sharif said that the smaller the coffins are, the more he is really heavy.

Sharif started his speech with the verse of the Quran and said that today’s world has become more complicated than ever, where violations and terrorism of international laws are big challenges. He accused India of avoiding international investigation into the Pahalgam attack and attacking Pakistan. In his speech, Sharif repeatedly attacked India. He said that India is not following the Indus Water Treaty and stopping water is an announcement of war against Pakistan. He also reiterated that Pakistan stands with Kashmiris and demands a referendum.
Sharif also made false claims on the issue of terrorism
Sharif condemned terrorism and said that Pakistan has lost 90,000 lives in the last two decades, but at the same time he also alleged that terrorism in Pakistan is flourishing with the help of India and other countries. He named terrorist organizations like TTP, BLA and ‘Fitna-e-Hindustan’.
