On the second day of the Under-19 Test being played in Bekenham, England batsman Rocky Flintoff missed a century by just 7 runs. He was dismissed for 93 by Devendra Devendran, 5 minutes before the stumps. Captain Hamza Sheikh also played an important innings of 84 runs with Rocky Flintoff.

By the end of the second day’s play, England had lost 5 wickets for 230 runs, and are still 310 runs behind India’s score of 540 runs. Henil Patel took 2 wickets for India.
