In Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, UP ATS, taking major action, has arrested four accused named Akram, Tele, Mohammad Tauheed and Qasim. Initial investigation has revealed that these accused wanted to implement Sharia law in the country by abolishing the democratic system.

According to UP ATS officials, the four accused were in touch with Pakistan-based organization and were planning a target killing of non-Muslim religious heads. Apart from this, these people were working to radiclize people with equal ideology and add to their network.

The ATS has sent them to jail after the arrest of all the accused. Investigation has revealed that this gang was plotting to spread communal tension in the country and spread terror.

Police officials say that great devastation was stopped due to timely action taken. He appealed to the common citizens to immediately inform the police or ATS about any suspicious activity.

This arrest is the result of vigilance and intensive investigation of UP Police and ATS. In the coming days, police and ATS will continue to take action from the accused to gather more evidence and to completely eliminate their network.
