Three pilgrims from Gujarat died on the spot in a fierce road accident on Friday morning in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, while two others were seriously injured. The accident happened near Chirgaon when his car collided with a truck.
According to the report of the news agency, the accident occurred at around 5 am on Kanpur Road near Chirgaon Toll Plaza in Jhansi. It is being told that the car driver tried to overtake, but lost control and the car collided with the truck going on directly. The collision was so strong that the car was badly damaged and three people aboard it died on the spot.
Jhansi Rural SP Gopinath Soni said that three pilgrims died in the accident, who have been identified as Jagdish Bhai, Vipin Bhai and Kailash Ben. All the deceased were residents of Surat district of Gujarat and were between 45 to 50 years of age.
Apart from this, in the accident, a girl named Bhavna Ben and Mini was seriously injured, who was immediately admitted to the hospital. His situation remains worrying. Police said that all these passengers were returning to Gujarat after visiting Ayodhya. Meanwhile, his car fell victim to an accident in Chirgaon area of ​​Jhansi.
As soon as the accident was reported, the police reached the spot and started rescue work. The police have taken the bodies of the dead and sent it for postmortem. Also, a detailed investigation of the cause of the accident is being done.
