The sensation spread late Friday night in AIIMS police station area of Gorakhpur when a son killed his own father in a dispute of partition. The incident is from Rajahi Ramsaria village, where there was an argument between 65 -year -old Bhagwat Mishra and his son Radheshyam over the partition of the house. The controversy increased so much that in anger, the son strongly attacked the father’s head with a shovel.
After the attack, Bhagwat Mishra fell on the ground and fell on the ground. Other family members immediately rushed him to the hospital in critical condition. The doctors there declared him dead. On receiving the information of the incident, the police and forensic team of AIIMS police station reached the spot. The police collected evidence from the spot and also recovered the shovel used in the murder.
Father murdered for property sharing
The police arrested the accused son Radheshyam from the spot and started questioning. Initial investigation has revealed that there was a long-standing dispute between the father-son over the partition of the house. On Friday night, the dispute took violent form and Radheshyam attacked his father fatal.
The body of the deceased Bhagwat Mishra has been sent to BRD Medical College for post -mortem. Police officials say that a detailed investigation is being done in the case and a case of murder has been registered against the accused.
Neighbors say that there was tension in the Mishra family for a long time, but no one had thought that the dispute would become so violent that the son would kill his own father.
