A embarrassing incident has come to light from Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh. Here a nephew strangled his real uncle to death only in the greed of the ground. The deceased Hiralal Yadav (48) had inherited his entire land to his brother’s son Ramnivas Yadav due to not having a child. But when he sold a killer from his land for the construction of the temple, the nephew blindly killed him.
The incident is from Sirjam village of Gauribazar police station area. Hiralal was sleeping in his room on the night of 26 June. Meanwhile, his nephew Ramnivas strangled him to death and escaped from the spot. On June 27 in the morning, when the people of the village came to know, they informed the police. Police reached the spot and took the body in possession and sent it for postmortem.

Superintendent of Police Vikrant Veer said that the post -mortem report confirmed the murder by strangling. A detailed investigation revealed that the deceased had no children and he had inherited his land to Ramnivas Yadav. But Ramnivas got angry after the deceased sold a katha land for the construction of the temple to another. He feared that he would also give the rest of the land.
Ramnivas confessed his crime in intensive interrogation. He admitted that he was in this anger and that is why uncle was killed at night. The police have arrested the accused and further legal action is going on. At the same time, this incident has not only spread sensation in the village, but also showed how blood relations also end in the greed of the ground.
