A heartbreaking case has come to light from the metropolitan police station area of Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Vishnu Kant Prasad Verma, who was working as a contract employee in Uttar Pradesh Setu Nigam here, committed suicide by hanging himself in his house on 28 June. The three -page suicide note found from the scene has exposed the pain behind this suicide.
In fact, in the suicide note, Vishnu Kant has blamed both the mother-in-law and the wife of a brother-in-law for his death. He wrote that he left no stone unturned in the treatment of his wife Shalini’s illness, but could not save her. After the death of his wife, her last sign, her 3 -year -old daughter was also snatched by her in -laws.

Vishnu’s mother and sisters told that after Shalini’s death, her in -laws beat Vishnu in the hospital and the police sent Vishnu to jail in the peace. Even a case of dowry murder was registered against Vishnu, his mother, sister and nephew. While the post -mortem report was clear that Shalini died of illness, but neither the police heard nor the family of Shalini.
The police threats and the silence of the society broke Vishnu. The pain of the daughter’s separation was eating her inside. Family members say that Vishnu, who wandered from rate to rate in the hope of justice, finally embraced death by giving up. He committed suicide by hanging himself in the house on 28 June.
