Us Attacks Iran: The tension in the Middle East has deepened after the US attack on three major nuclear bases by the US. This attack has been divided into two factions, due to which the call of the Third World War has started to be heard. Trump said that the aim of America was to destroy Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity. The US wanted Iran’s nuclear threat to end forever. Many Muslim countries including Russia and China have condemned the US attack.
What will be the next step of Iran after the US attack?
Iran has said that it will take revenge on America. Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said, “The US has violated the United Nations Declaration, International Law and Nuclear Non -Proliferation Treaty (NPT) by attacking Iran’s peaceful nuclear installations.” He said that we have all the options open.
According to the Iranian news agency report, Iran’s President Masood Page Seshakian spoke to French President Emmanuel Macron over the phone and told him that Americans should get a response to their attack. Ali Shamkhani, advisor to Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, posted on X and wrote, “Even though the nuclear site is destroyed, the game is not over.”
Proposal on ceasefire
Russia, China and Pakistan introduced a draft proposal for the ceasefire in the Middle East. According to a report by Reuters, the three countries have proposed drafts for immediate and unconditional ceasefire in the Middle East before the Emergency session of the United Nations Security Council. However, it is not yet clear when it will be kept for voting. The proposal requires at least nine votes to pass. Along with this, the United States, France, Britain, Russia or China should not be veto.
Approval to close Straight of Hormuz
After the US attack, Iran’s Parliament approved the closure of the Straight of Hormuz. However, this decision is not final yet. Iran’s Supreme National Security Council now has the decision to shut down the Straight of Hormuz, which is about 20 per cent of the world’s oil and gas trade.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has urged China to encourage Iran not to close the Straight of Hormuz. America said that if this happens then it will be economic suicide. India has said that they will take necessary steps for fuel supply.
PM Modi spoke to the President of Iran
Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with Iran’s President Masood Deveshikian and expressed deep concern from India about the conflict between Iran-Israel. PM Modi posted on X and said, “We reiterated our appeal to reduce stress immediately and that regional peace, security and stability restoration can only happen through dialogue and diplomacy.”
America’s attack irresponsible- Russia
Russia strongly condemned the US attack on Iran’s three nuclear installations as irresponsible. Russia said that this is a severe violation of international law, United Nations Declaration and United Nations Security Council proposals. The Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement, “The decision to attack a sovereign country with a missile and bomb is irresponsible, even if any argument is made for it.”
Violation of international law- China
China condemned the entire development, said that the US has given this action a serious violation of the target and principle and international law of the United Nations Charter. China’s Foreign Ministry said, “This has increased tension in the Middle East region. He appealed to China to start talks soon and to ensure the safety of common people. China will unite and protect justice with international community and will try to restore peace and stability in the Middle East region.”
Muslim countries’ reaction after US attack
Saudi Arabia expressed deep concern over the US attack on Iran’s nuclear bases. The Ministry of External Affairs posted on X and wrote that we are monitoring the status of the Middle East. Qatar’s Foreign Ministry expressed concern, saying, “The current dangerous tension in the region can lead to regional and internationally destructive consequences.” Oman condemned the US air strikes within Iran, calling it a direct violation of international law and United Nations Charter. Oman appealed to all sides to calm the situation.
What did Pakistan say that supports Trump?
Pakistan condemned US attacks on Iran’s nuclear installations and termed it a violation of international law. Pakistan has also feared violence in the region. A day earlier, Pakistan supported US President Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize. Pakistan said that these attacks are a violation of all norms of international law and Iran has a valid right to defend itself under the United Nations Charter.
America Democratic Party asked Trump questions
The leaders of the Democratic Party in the US have said that President Donald Trump should give a clear answer to the public for his decision to attack Iran’s nuclear centers. Senator Chak Shumar insisted that no President should be allowed to push the country in a unilateral way of war.
UK came in support of America-Israel
After the US attacks, it seems that the world is divided into two pieces. On the one hand, many Muslim countries, including Russia-China, condemned the US attack and described it as a violation of international rules. At the same time, Israel said thanks to America. The UK PM Kir Stmper described Iran’s nuclear program as a serious threat to international security and said that Iran can never be allowed to develop nuclear weapons.
