US has to do Indians, now India will take big action, S Jaishankar announced

Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar: Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar, on Thursday (6 February), while giving a statement on the exile of Indian migrants from the US in the Rajya Sabha, said that strict action will be taken against the Center Human smugglers. alleged without documents/ in America. On Thursday, the opposition created a ruckus in both houses of Parliament on the issue of deportation of 104 Indians. Many opposition members had expressed anger over the behavior made by Indians during exile.

‘instructions given to officials’

Rajya Sabha Speaking in, External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar said, "Officials have been instructed to sit with every person (Indians exiled from the US) and find out how they went to America, who was the agent, and how we should be cautious so that it does not happen again."

he further said, "Encouraging legal dynamics and discouraging illegal traffic is in our collective interest. If a citizen is found to be illegally living abroad, it is the responsibility of all countries to call him back. The process of exile is not new."

‘It has been happening before’

External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar said, "We know that 104 people have returned to India tomorrow. We have confirmed his nationality. We should not understand that this is a new issue. This is an issue that has been happening earlier."

he said, "It is the responsibility of all countries that if their citizens are found to be illegally living abroad, then they should be withdrawn." he adds, "We are interacting with the US government to ensure that there is no misbehavior with the exiles returning.
