Commerce Secretary Lutnik suggested that the new ‘Gold Card’ scheme may replace the existing EB-5 (EB-5) program, which allows immigrant investors to get a green card by investing in American businesses. Lutnik said that the money received in lieu of ‘Gold Card’ will be given directly to the US government, which will make it easier.
