In the notice made public on the wage wise, the department said that it has withdrawn its suspension on the student visa process in May.
Along with this, it has been said that new applicants who refuse to make their social media account public and do not send them for review can be rejected. It said that refusing to do so may indicate that they are trying to avoid the need or hide their online activity.
The department also announced that they have removed the suspension on student visa processing in May. Officials said that the Trump administration had temporarily stopped the new visa interview appointments for international students last month as it was preparing to tighten the social media screening.
