The Vishwa Hindu Parishad is going to start a three -day meeting in Mahakumbh from Friday (7 February) today. This meeting will start at the VHP camp in Jhunsi. Addressing journalists at the camp, VHP international general secretary Bajrang Lal Bagra said that the meeting will be discussed in the meeting, the unrestrained and comprehensive powers of the Waqf Board will be discussed in the meeting, demographic imbalance and Waqf Board.
He said that the participants will also discuss the oppression of Hindus in Bangladesh and the liberation of religious places like Kashi and Mathura “after the Ayodhya decision. The meeting will participate in the meeting. The international president of Alok Kumar, General Secretary Milind Parnde, Joint General Secretary Vinayakrao Deshpande and Bajrang Dal, Matri Shakti and Durga Vahini will be the leaders of the bodies.
Group of Pakistani Hindus reached Mahakumbh
On Thursday, attracted by the spiritual grandeur of Mahakumbh, a group of 68 Hindu devotees from Sindh province of Pakistan reached Prayagraj and prayed for the peace of the soul of their ancestors by taking a holy dip in the confluence. According to the UP Information Department, devotees performed rituals at the holy confluence of Ganga, Yamuna and mythological Saraswati and prayed for their ancestors.
Mahant Ramnath, who came with the group, said that he had gone to Haridwar earlier, where he immersed and performed rituals of about 480 ancestors before coming to Mahakumbh. Speaking at Sri Guru Karshani camp in Sector 9, Gobind Ram Makhaja, a resident of Sindh, told PTI, “Ever since we have heard about Mahakumbh in the last two or three months, we had a deep desire to go there. We had a deep desire to go there. We Could not stop yourself from coming. ”
