Vp jagdeep dhankhar in amity university: A two -day National Vice Chancellor Conference was organized by the Indian University Association (AIU) at Amity University in Greater Noida to mark the completion of 99 years of its establishment. This grand event was inaugurated by Vice President of India Jagdeep Dhankhar. In this conference, more than 300 vice -chancellor from across the country attended physically and about 200 Vice Chancellor online.

Addressing the inaugural session of the conference, Vice President Dhankhar said, “Today I stand like a student among academics. I wish AIU heartfelt on its completion of 99 years.” Describing this day as historic, he said, “This opportunity is also associated with Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee’s sacrifice day. He gave the slogan of a legislation, a mark, a head in 1952, which became a symbol of national unity.”
Vice President told the decisions of the central government historic
During this time, the Vice President called the decision to remove Article 370 and 35A historic. He said that this decision of the Central Government gave the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir their fundamental rights. He appreciated the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) and said that this policy is bringing revolutionary changes in the education system of the country and it is deeply related to our civilization, culture and values.
Education gives life to democracy- Vice President
Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar said, “It is the greatest strength to bring equality in education. It ends inequalities and gives life to democracy.” He also appreciated the initiative of giving industry status to IT by the Uttar Pradesh government and said that this has led to positive development in the state.

At the end of his address, he called upon the country that the country should be prepared for global leadership in areas such as Artificial Intelligence/AI, Climate Change, Quantum Science and Digital Ethics. Universities will have to create an institution that motivates the youth to adopt adventure and impossible options.
