Voter list verification work continues in Bihar. A big thing has emerged during verification. The Election Commission official claims that there is a large number of foreigners in Bihar.

The EC official told the news agency that ‘booth level officials from Nepal, Bangladesh and Myanmar have met a large number of people from Nepal, Bangladesh and Myanmar.

He insisted that such people will be investigated after 1 August. And the names of illegal migrants will not be included in the last voter list to be published on 30 September.

The work of submitting voter calculation form under Voter List Verification in Bihar has reached the final stage.

Here, former Law Minister Kapil Sibal and RJD MP Manoj Jha have raised questions on the revelations of the Election Commission.

Kapil Sibal said- EC center puppet

On the revelations of the Election Commission, Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal said that ‘The Election Commission has always been a puppet in the hands of the Modi government.’

‘He claimed that the voter list revision in Bihar is an unconstitutional step, which aims to ensure that majority governments remain in power.’

In an interview to PTI, Sibal said that ‘the Election Commission does not have the right to decide on citizenship issues’. RJD MP said- If you are foreigners, who is responsible

On the claim of the Election Commission of being foreigners in Bihar, RJD MP Manoj Jha said, “I do not understand who is this formula and if there is a single foreigner in Bihar, then who is responsible for it?” This question should be from the Home Minister of the country.

Describing it as a planned story, Manoj Jha said that ‘the seeds of hatred are being sown through it. Do not exaggerate this issue.

Forms of 80% voters have submitted

80.11 percent voters of Bihar have submitted voter revision calculation forms. Chief Election Commissioner of India Dnyanesh Kumar said that by 6 pm on Saturday evening, the work of printing and distribution of counting forms of 100 percent i.e. 7,89,69,844 voters has been completed.

In this, 6,32,59,497 voters have filled the calculation form and submitted. Which is 80.11 percent of the total voters. This means that 4 out of every 5 voters of Bihar have filled the calculation form and submitted. Most of the calculation forms are expected to be submitted before 25 July.
