The Election Commission has said, ‘On July 25, the work of the special intensive revision (SIR) of Bihar’s voter list (SIR) i.e. the first phase of voter verification has been completed. In this, 65 lakh people did not meet at their address. So they will not be named.
However, the Election Commission has clarified that if the name of a qualified voter has been released from the list or an unqualified person’s name is accidentally connected, then objections or claims can be raised from 1 August to 1 September. His name can be added or removed.

Win on 189 seats by less than 26 thousand votes and defeat
According to the Election Commission, 65 million people have not met at their address. If his name is not included in the final list, then 26 thousand 748 names will be removed in every seat of 243 assembly seats in Bihar.
