The stage is ready for the assembly elections in Delhi, where the Aam Aadmi Party is busy in the fight to gain power for the third time. BJP and Congress are also in the struggle to grab the throne of Delhi. Voting will be held from 7 am to 6 pm on Wednesday. During this time, 1.56 crore voters of Delhi will exercise their franchise, and decide the fate of about 700 candidates.
13,766 polling booths have been set up for 70 assembly seats in Delhi. 699 candidates are in the fray for these 70 seats. This match can give a new look to the political situation of the capital. The Aam Aadmi Party, led by Arvind Kejriwal, is trying to gain power for the third time on the basis of its records and welfare schemes.

On the other hand, the BJP has been out of power for more than 25 years and is trying to win. At the same time, the Congress party remained in power for 15 years before the Aam Aadmi Party, but in the last two elections, the party has not been able to win a single seat.
Preparation of Election Commission for peaceful elections!
The Election Commission has deployed 220 companies of paramilitary forces, 35,626 Delhi Police personnel and 19,000 home guards to ensure peaceful voting. Around 3,000 polling stations have been identified as sensitive, where strict security arrangements have been made. During the voting, the police team will also monitor the drone.
Delhi Police said that additional police forces will be deployed for sensitive booths, where QRT will also be deployed to maintain law and order. Special provisions have been made for senior citizens and disabled, 733 polling stations have been set up for them.
Election Commission’s mobile app to manage the crowd
The Election Commission has also made arrangements to avoid congestion at polling stations. For this, the Commission has launched an app for the management of Q Management System i.e. queue. With this, voters will be able to get information about the crowd at the respective polling station on real time.
Apart from these, let us know that 7,553 such people were identified in Delhi under the polling facility, who could not come to the polling stations, and 6,980 have already cast their votes.

AAP-BJP and Congress power in election campaign
The election campaign for the Delhi elections ended at 6 pm on Monday. Three main contenders in the campaign saw a high-voltage match between AAP-BJP-Congress. The Aam Aadmi Party sought votes based on its work records, in which Arvind Kejriwal, CM Atishi led the party’s campaign, and all the leaders of the party were involved in the campaign.
Under the leadership of veterans like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and party president JP Nadda, the BJP kept its attack on the Aam Aadmi Party on allegations of corruption and law and order. The Congress party under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi also surrounded the Aam Aadmi Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party on many issues.
Parties appeared face to face on these issues in Delhi elections
During the campaign in the Delhi Assembly elections, issues like name-calling, AI generated spuf and ‘Sheeshmahal’ were very much discussed. Apart from these, after Arvind Kejriwal’s ‘poison’ statement, there was a huge uproar over Yamuna water.
At the same time, parties were seen dragging each other on issues like governance, law and order and women’s welfare. At the same time, the freebes were seen out. On one side there was criticism and a lot of promises were made on the other side.
The Aam Aadmi Party has promised free bus service for students in Delhi, insurance for auto-taxi drivers and 18000 monthly financial assistance for temple priests.

The BJP has promised financial assistance of Rs 21,000 for pregnant women and subsidized LPG cylinder for Rs 500, while the Congress has announced a monthly unemployment allowance of Rs 8,500.
Delhi election results will come on February 8
The results of the Delhi assembly elections will come on February 8, when it will be decided that the Aam Aadmi Party is able to maintain its power, or the BJP-Congress achieves victorious in gaining power by ending its long exile. Along with the possibility of the decisive role of voting percentage in Delhi elections, now everyone’s eyes are on Delhi voters, who will be seen at the polling booth from 7 am to 6 pm on Wednesday.
FIR against Delhi CM Atishi
A day before the voting, Delhi Police on Tuesday registered an FIR against the Chief Minister and AAP candidate Atishi from Kalkaji for violating the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) and obstructing government employees. Delhi Police said that Atishi was with AAP supporters, who allegedly prevented an officer on Fateh Singh Marg from doing his duty. Also, two AAP members allegedly assaulted a police constable.
